How ordering works

Checkout happens on our Etsy shop, so your payment is handled by Etsy's secure checkout and your order is covered by Etsy's purchase protection.

Shipping

• Every piece is made to order. Most orders ship in about 2–3 weeks.
• Shipping cost is shown at checkout on Etsy before you pay.
• You'll get a tracking number from Etsy as soon as your order ships.

Returns & exchanges

Because each piece is made just for you, we can't accept returns or exchanges for size or a change of mind — please check the size guide before you order.

If your order arrives damaged, misprinted or wrong, message us through Etsy within 30 days of delivery with a photo, and we'll send a replacement at no cost.
